House of Representatives passed the Employee Free Choice Act by a vote of 241 to 185.The vote broke down right along party lines with the following exceptions: 13 Republicans (Ferguson, Fossella, Murphy (Tim), McHugh, McCotter, LoBiondo, LaTourette, King (NY), Saxton, Shays, Smith (NJ), Walsh (NY), and Young (AK)) voted in favor and 2 Democrats (Taylor and Boren) voted against.
